This policy applies to courses, workshops, open atelier sessions and hangouts booked at atelier yuniku.
Courses and workshops
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before the course start.
- Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before the course start: 50% of the course fee is refunded.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start, or after the course has begun (no-show).
- If the course is cancelled by us, the full course fee is refunded.
- Replacement participants are welcome — you may pass your spot to someone else.
- If the course was booked at a discounted rate, refunds in all of the above cases are based on the amount actually paid.
- We reserve the right to make changes to course details. Participants will be informed in good time.
Open atelier and hangouts (single sessions)
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before the session start.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start, or for no-shows.
- If the session is cancelled by us, the full amount is refunded.
